Due to an update with the system to enhance the security of your information, all customers who have registered prior to January 1, 2011 will need to reset their password in order to log in.
On the login screen, below the Email and Password fields is a link that says "Forgot your password?", start by clicking on that. You will then be asked for the email address associated with your account, enter it and click Submit. An email will be sent to you, asking you to confirm that you want to reset your password. Click on the link included in the email message. A second email will be sent to you containing an auto-generated password. Do Not Copy And Paste The Password. Please type the password in manually to ensure accuracy. Once you are successfully logged in, proceed to you My Account Details page and change your password to something easy for you to remember.
Verify the email address you are entering in is correct, no typos, and verify the password you are typing in is correct. If you are unsure about a character in the password (like a zero or capital O), copy and paste the password into a basic text editor, like Notepad, to see the characters more clearly.
For security purposes, it is highly recommended that you use the automatic system for resetting your password. No one from Bondi Band will ever ask you for it and they cannot see it or retrieve it for you.
