We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and complete customer satisfaction. Also, we believe the buying process should be easy and stress free. Should you have any problems with our product, simply send it back, and you’ll receive a refund on your items purchased.

Note: Our return policy is limited on underwear. Returns and exchanges are only available if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received.

All returns and exchanges need to be done within 90 days of purchase, no exceptions. Exchanges can be made ONLY ONCE per original order, and once completed all sales are FINAL.

Packaged products cannot be opened and socks cannot be worn for exchanges and returns.

After receiving Return Authorization information, please utilize a tracking service when returning your items, such as United States Postal service with tracking, as the customer is solely responsible for the merchandise until the return is delivered to the Bondi Band office. If the package does not reach the Bondi Band office, Bondi Band is not responsible for covering the cost of the lost merchandise.
